It took a while, but I've finally decided upon a name for my upcoming solo show.
As usual it'll be an eclectic mix of works...a product of my scattered thought process I guess!

Well, I have one kiln running in the new studio, and things are moving along.
I'm finishing a few commissions and getting work finished for my first solo show in May.

New Glass Works!!
Hi all,
just a note to let those of you waiting for Sea Dragons,
I'm hoping to have the studio finished...or at least have the kilns running
as soon as I can get an electrician to fit the kilns. Which is more problematic than I had first thought!
In the mean time I'll be firing a load of glass later this week
in the hope of having new stocks in at
'Roma Gift & Gourmet'
by next Friday 17th December.

Water & Glass
Well, this one was sprung on me! ACDC have asked me to cover an exhibition for Kaye Talbot who is unable to show. Basically I have been asked to show glass work,which is great, but I don't have a lot of it laying around!...Thus, while doing commission pieces, I'm also trying to get enough together to show next weekend.
...I do these things to myself!
I'll be showing works with 'Watercolour' artist Shirley Everingham, who has decided this will be her last exhibition.
'Water & Glass' will be a selection of Shirley's watercolour paintings interspersed with some of my glass 'marine life' and 'slumped image' tiles.
So, here's a couple of the bits I'm trying to get together for the 'Water & Glass' Exhibition which runs from 20th November to 4th December.
We're having the Opening on Saturday 21st November at the ACDC Gallery at 6pm.
We'll be serving drinks and light refreshments.

As usual it will be held at TipTop Stadium on Eighth St, Wonthella.
